Idealpos is able to interface with Delivery Interfaces which allow Jobs or Orders to be sent to an external Delivery or Transport Management System.
Jobs sent to Delivery Management Systems will typically include a Job Number, Address for delivery, Delivery Date/Time as well as a list of items and the quantity of items ordered.
Whilst delivery interfaces can be used for the delivery of any sized items, they are usually designed for the delivery of larger items which are not easily transportable by the customer such as large appliances, large furniture, building materials or landscaping materials, etc.
